Jake Napleton is an amazing pitcher on the baseball field but a PR nightmare off the field. Andrea is just an intern but she has been tasked to help the management improve Jake’s image. Jake is arrogant and stubborn, leaving Andrea with no other option but to stalk him to find out his secrets.
Unlike most sport romances, this book has an interesting side-story to the pitcher. Jake has a past and has been trying his best to help kids not face the same struggles that he did as a kid.
I really loved Jake’s character and his arc. Andrea was sweet too.
This book was a nice blend of sexy and romance with story about family and friends.
