“Though she be but little, she is fierce!”
Libitz is a strong, smart, sexy, independent woman. She loves her friends and family and is proud of her ethnicity. Jean-Christian is art-loving but arrogant manwhore who has not desire for commitment or love. They meet for the first time in the wedding of Kate English and Etienne Rousseaus where they are the best man and best woman. Libitz has heard about JC’s reputation and does not think much of him. When JC propositions her, she has some choice words to say and he ends up calling her a bitch. Well!
Now, Kate and Ten are expecting their first child and ask both of them to be the god-parents. For the sake of the soon-to-born girl, they decide to mend their relationship. What they both deny is how much they have though about the other all this time. Add in a bit of mystery which piques both their interest, they can’t help but spend time together. Passion flares and they realise how connected they already are.
JC was so perfect, responsible, sweet, caring yet sexy and passionate, Libitz can’t help but fall in love with him. They are honest in their relationship which makes this story all so endearing. When their past is revealed, you realise they were always destined to be together.
Refreshing, sexy and so romantic, this book is highly recommended!!
