Title: Sparking the Fire
Author: Kate Meader
Series: Hot in Chicago, Book #3
Release Date: 27 September 2016

I fell in love with this series from the first book itself and the stories have gotten much better with each installment . The Dempseys are a very good-looking, loyal and loving bunch and I was glad Wyatt got his own story. Though I am sad this would be the last book in this series, it was a great finish.
Wyatt and Molly met for the first time 5 years ago. They both were in a different place in their lives then. However, their chemistry was undeniable. Now after 5 years, their paths cross when Molly comes to Engine 6 fire station to get her movie made and Wyatt is the lead consultant.
Wyatt is the silent, grouchy and smoldering hero. He is trying to get back to his job after a recent rescue stunt which has earned him 3 months off the squad. His only options are to consult in the new fire-fighter movie for which Molly is the lead.
Molly has seen the highs of Hollywood snd recently, the lows. All she wants is to get back her respect by making a movie she believes in. She cannot afford any more controversies to her name and would prefer to lay low and just get the film made. What she did not expect, was to meet her ex-lover Wyatt.
Wyatt has a secret which could break his family and Molly is trying to unknowingly uncover them. Amidst all the sexual tension and secrets, will their love survive?
We meet the other Dempsey siblings as well and they family aspect of this series is spot-on. I love this book and how the characters were portrayed. Its a must read for anyone who loves firefighters and brooding sexy heroes.
